Jennifer has always had a knack for creative design. She was building on her success as an Interior Designer when the opportunity arose in 1999 to purchase a special event decorating company. Jennifer seized this opportunity recognizing that she could combine her interior design skills and creative technical abilities and put them to use on a much larger scale in the special event arena. Jennifer has experienced continued business growth and has emerged a proven leader in the special event decorating industry. She looks forward to enjoying many more years of meeting new people and creating spectacular designs for the special events in her clients' lives.
Jennifer studied at Louisiana State University-Shreveport and also has obtained the prestigious Certified Balloon Artist certification. She offices and oversees operations at the headquarters of Balloons by Design located in East Texas. |

Elaine Wilson
Vice-President, Marketing
In 1999, Elaine was moving out of state precipitating the need to sell her special event decorating company she had started up in 1992. That's how she met Jennifer. Their paths continued to cross over the years and they have collaborated on large-scale events on many occasions. Even though Elaine has enjoyed a successful career in healthcare operations management, she never completely walked away from special event decorating. Jennifer and Elaine found that they worked so well together that the time was right to join forces and expand Balloon by Design's base of operation to handle the recent unprecedented growth.
Elaine studied at University of Louisiana, Monroe (formerly Northeast Louisiana University), and has advanced certification in web design and graphic design. She has also gained certification in Social Media Marketing. Elaine will be officing at, and overseeing operations of, the new Dallas, Texas division. |
